Every deal in the right stage. Your AI moves the card.
When the AI voice agent or Conversation AI finishes a conversation, the deal opens itself and lands in the right stage with budget and next step attached. You see every sale, from first call to completion, on one board.
We map the pipeline stages to your agency's sales process during setup.

Tenant · 1-bed

If nobody updates the pipeline, the board lies.
In most agencies, deal tracking lives in an agent's head, a spreadsheet or a WhatsApp thread.
Leads go cold before a card exists
The agent back from a viewing forgets to log it. Next morning, nobody knows where that buyer stands.
Owners can't see the sales picture
How many valuations are booked, which offer is in negotiation, which listing is waiting on instruction? Finding out means phoning every agent.
Buyers and sellers get lost in one list
A buyer looking for a flat and an owner selling one follow different paths. Mixed together, both slip through.
The call ends. The deal moves forward on its own.
When the AI voice agent qualifies a caller and books the viewing, it also moves the deal to the right stage. Stated budget, area, bedrooms and the call summary are already on the card, and a hot buyer triggers a task for the agent.
- A deal opens automatically for every new caller
- Booking a viewing moves the card to "Booked"
- Call notes, tags and the next step stay on the card
- Hot leads create a task for the right agent

Separate pipelines for buyers and sellers.
A buyer goes from viewing to offer; a seller goes from valuation to signed instruction. We recommend keeping them in separate pipelines, and the AI opens each deal in the right one based on the caller's intent.
- Buyers: new enquiry → qualified → booked → viewing → offer/negotiation → closed
- Sellers/listings: valuation request → valuation visit → instruction → listed → sold
- Extra pipelines for lettings or off-plan sales if you need them

Opened in the right pipeline based on caller intent
From enquiry to completion, stage by stage.
The default buyer pipeline. We rename stages to match how your team talks.
- 1
New enquiry
Every call, WhatsApp, Instagram message or Meta lead form opens a deal.
- 2
Qualified
The AI asks about budget, area, bedrooms, mortgage status and timing, and writes it to the card.
- 3
Booked and viewed
Viewings, valuations and office meetings go into the calendar and the card moves on its own.
- 4
Offer and close
Your agent handles negotiation, deposit and completion, while the board stays current for everyone.
Everything a sales manager looks for, on one screen.
Drag-and-drop cards
Agents update the stages the AI doesn't handle with a single move.
Deal value
Stated budget or offer amount sits on the card, with totals per stage.
Agent ownership
Every deal has an owner, routed by area or listing to the right agent.
Tasks
Call before the viewing, follow up after the valuation, all inside the card.
Tags and filters
Buyer, seller, mortgage, part-exchange, hot… narrow the board in one click.
Stage-based automation
When a card changes stage, confirmations and follow-up tasks run on their own.
One call, one deal, the right stage.
- Caller
I'm looking for a 3-bed in Maltepe, budget around 6.5 million lira. My mortgage is agreed in principle.
- Agent
Thank you. We have a flat on a gated site in that range. Shall I send you the listing on WhatsApp?
- Caller
Please do. Can I view it at the weekend?
- Agent
Saturday at 11 works. Our agent Murat will meet you there.

Sales pipeline questions
Can we define our own pipeline stages?
Yes. During setup we learn how your agency sells and build the stages and names around it. You can add or remove stages later too.
Which stages can the AI move a deal to?
The ones it can confirm in a conversation, such as new enquiry, qualified and booked. Offer, negotiation and completion stay with your agents.
Do we have to split buyers and sellers?
It's not required, but we recommend it. The seller side has its own steps, like valuation and instruction, and separate pipelines keep both easier to follow.
Do agents only see their own deals?
Permissions are set during setup. Owners can see the whole board while agents see only the deals assigned to them.
Can we bring over our existing spreadsheet?
Yes. We import your existing records during setup and place them in the right stages.
