- CRM (customer relationship management)Software that keeps contact records, conversation history, opportunities and tasks in one place.

- Floor easement (kat irtifakı)A right over future independent units, set up before a building is completed and converted to full condominium ownership.
- Follow-upPlanned re-contact with a client after the first conversation.
- FSBO (for sale by owner) callingCalling owners who sell or let their property privately to offer professional help and a valuation.

- LeadA person who has shown interest in a listing, development or service and whose contact details you hold.
- Lead qualificationClarifying an enquiry's intent, budget and timing with a few questions to decide its priority.
- ListingA single property an agency is marketing for sale or rent; together they make up the agency's portfolio.

- Off-planBuying or selling property before it is built, usually from plans, renders and a show home.
- OmnichannelPhone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and SMS conversations combined into one client history.
- Outbound call campaignA campaign in which the voice agent calls a defined list of people for a specific purpose.
