Dozens of tenant enquiries per listing. One agent.
"Is it still available? What are the bills? Are pets allowed?" The AI Voice Agent answers every call on your rental listings, pre-screens tenants and only books viewings for suitable applicants. Landlord and tenant requests get logged too.

Lettings means lots of work for a short fee
A rental listing gets far more calls than a sale listing — and agents don't have time for each one.
The same questions, dozens of times
Rent, service charge, deposit, furnished or not, when is it free? The day a listing goes live, the phone fills with them.
Unsuitable viewings
Viewings booked without the landlord's criteria are wasted: pets, number of occupants or budget don't match.
Landlord and tenant requests get scattered
"How are viewings going?", "the boiler's broken". These get lost in WhatsApp and missed calls.
Only suitable applicants get a viewing
The agent shares the listing details, then runs a short pre-screen based on the landlord's criteria: how many occupants, any pets, work situation, move-in date. Applicants who fit are offered a viewing; those who don't are politely told about other listings.
- Occupants, pets, income/work, move-in date
- Criteria set per listing or landlord during setup
- Income is self-declared; document checks stay with your team
Group viewings into one evening
The agent offers suitable applicants your viewing slots; if you like, it groups viewings for the same property into a single evening. WhatsApp confirmations and reminders go out automatically, and cancelled slots open up again.
- Natural time suggestions based on calendar availability
- WhatsApp confirmation and a reminder before the viewing
- Listing link and location sent on WhatsApp during the call
Landlord and tenant requests in one inbox
A landlord asking how viewings are going, a tenant reporting a repair, a new landlord calling to let their property. The agent handles each one, logs it and creates a task for the right person. Calls, WhatsApp and email sit side by side in the unified inbox.
- New landlords booked for an office meeting — new instructions
- Repair and maintenance requests become tasks for the right person
- Conversation AI answers WhatsApp questions too

An enquiry about a one-bed to let
- Caller
Is the one-bed flat to let still available?
- Agent
Yes, it is. Rent is £1,650 a month, bills not included, unfurnished. How many people would be living there, and do you have any pets?
- Caller
Just me and my partner, and we have a cat.
- Agent
The landlord is happy with pets. When are you looking to move, and are you both working?
- Caller
Early November. We're both employed.
- Agent
Thank you. We can do a viewing tomorrow at 6:30pm — does that suit? I'm sending the location on WhatsApp.

Sample transcript. Pre-screening questions are set from the landlord's criteria during setup.
Questions lettings teams ask
Who decides the pre-screening questions?
You do. During setup we define criteria per listing or landlord (occupants, pets, move-in date and so on); the agent asks them and tags the result.
Does the agent verify a tenant's income?
No. It records what the tenant tells it. Referencing and document checks stay with your team.
Does the agent know when a property is let?
When your listings are updated, the agent stops offering the let property and suggests similar ones. We agree how updates work during setup.
Could the pre-screen be discriminatory?
No. The agent only asks about the landlord's legitimate criteria and listing details, never discriminatory questions. We approve the scenarios with you during setup.
