Call summary
A short written summary of a call: who called, what they wanted and what was agreed.
A call summary is drawn from the recording and transcript and takes under a minute to read: the caller's intent, the details they gave, listings suggested and the next step.
In Squaremeters AI, each call's summary and recording are attached to the contact record in the CRM; during a warm transfer, the same summary is read to the agent.
Why it matters for agencies
Agents prepare by reading the summary rather than listening to the whole recording. Agency owners can review call quality quickly.
Example
Summary: “Seller, two-bed flat, built 2015, freehold title. Wants to sell within three months. Valuation booked for Thursday at 2pm.”
