AI voice agent

Software that answers the phone in natural speech, understands what the caller needs and lines up the next step.

An AI voice agent handles inbound or outbound phone calls in natural language. Instead of a keypad menu, it talks with the caller, understands the question, answers it and pauses to listen when interrupted.

In real estate, a voice agent identifies whether the caller is a buyer, seller, tenant or landlord, asks about budget, area and bedrooms, searches the agency's listings, books appointments into the calendar and logs the call in the CRM. It doesn't quote prices or make promises, and it transfers to an agent when needed.

Why it matters for agencies

Agency phones ring at the busiest moments: during viewings, at completions, after closing time. A voice agent takes the first answer so no call drops to voicemail, and agents spend their time on qualified conversations.

Example

On a Saturday evening, a buyer calls about a two-bedroom flat. The assistant asks about budget and timing, sends two similar listings by WhatsApp and books a viewing for Sunday at 11. On Monday morning, the agent finds the call summary waiting in the CRM.
