After hours

Evenings, nights, weekends and holidays when the office is closed.

After hours is when there's nobody in the office to answer the phone. Many buyers and sellers browse listings after work or at weekends, so a share of calls arrives at these times.

You can route only after-hours calls to the voice agent while your team keeps answering during office hours.

Why it matters for agencies

If an after-hours call waits until morning, the caller often explores other options. Covering these calls doesn't require extra staff.

Example

At 9:30pm on a Sunday, a prospective tenant calls. The assistant asks about budget and move-in date, books a viewing for Tuesday at 10 and creates a task for the agent on Monday morning.
