Database reactivation

Re-engaging old, inactive contacts, with permission, to open new opportunities.

Reactivation means reaching out to people who were interested in the past but didn't transact, and asking whether their needs are current. Past buyers, valuation requests and rental enquiries all qualify.

Marketing calls and messages are regulated: in Turkey they require İYS consent and a KVKK notice, and in the UK and EU, GDPR and e-privacy rules apply. Reactivation should only include consented contacts and take place within agreed hours.

Why it matters for agencies

An old list can open new conversations without spending on ads. Done with the right permissions, it reminds people of your agency in a positive way.

Example

The voice agent contacts consented homeowners who requested a valuation two years ago but decided not to sell, offers a free valuation in today's market and books appointments for those who are interested.
