Outbound call campaign

A campaign in which the voice agent calls a defined list of people for a specific purpose.

In an outbound campaign, the voice agent works through a list with a set goal: instant call-backs to new leads, call-back requests, appointment confirmations or reactivating old contacts.

Marketing calls are regulated. In Turkey, İYS consent and a KVKK notice are mandatory, and only consented contacts should be called, within agreed hours. Similar rules apply in other markets.

Why it matters for agencies

Calling hundreds of people one by one takes agents a long time. A campaign handles first contact and qualification, leaving agents with the people who are interested.

Example

Before a weekend open house, the assistant calls everyone registered to confirm. Those who can't make it are cancelled and the freed-up slots are offered to new enquiries.
